Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

If tracking does not update immediately, please allow some time as international carriers may have delays in scanning packages.


5. Incorrect Address

SALE FALL is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to wrong address input

Please ensure your address is correct before finalizing your order.
We cannot reship or refund orders sent to an invalid address.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  2. Verify the address used

  3. Contact your local post office

Note: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
